At Thedoggielama Salons, our priority is relaxed, one-on-one grooming. Grooming is inevitable, but it doesn’t have to be that “trip to the dentist” type of reluctance. Our focus is on creating a personalized experience that leaves pet and parent happy.

I've always loved dogs. From my childhood pet, Sammy, to my current pack of 3, dogs have been a central part of my life.
I groomed at different salons before deciding to open my own Buddhist-grounded business in Spring 2020. Now, RVA dogs get the same loving care that my pups do.
Lee- Wizard Of Paws
Growing up, I had dogs, cats, horses, sheep and goats. In 2012 I began grooming dogs and fell in love with the business. I've worked in both salon and veterinary settings. In 2022 I moved to Richmond with my Boxer mix, Luna and my Standard Poodle, Faust. In my spare time I love reading, drinking tea and playing D&D.
Sarah- Vaughn Salon
I have always been obsessed with animals. I grew up in Florida, bartemding on the sunny beaches of Clearwater and St. Pete. My family always had dogs and cats. I have a Min Pin of my own and a standard poodle on the way. I started grooming right before Covid started and fell in love with it! I have worked at 4 different Petsmart salons before i decided to venture to RVA and expand my passion for pups. In my spare time, i like to travel, hike, and make new friends at the dog bar.
